Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility: Items must be in unworn, sellable condition with all original tags intact.

 

Procedure: Email sevensages.shop@gmail.com with order details and reason for return. Return must be approved before dispatching the product back.

 

Shipping Costs: To be paid by the buyer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Refund Method: No cash refunds. Approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

 

Defective Products: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery for free replacement.
